Well, day 2 of this project was a bit more productive. We dropped the old motor, hoisted up the car, and a couple of us pulled the motor on the pallette out from under the car. After that, it was a matter of seperating the tranny from the motor, pulling everything that we needed off the old motor, and bolting everything up to the new motor. One of the more challenging tasks last night was lining the motor up with the chassis so we could bolt the cradle back in place. It wasn’t to terribly difficult though. We finally got everything lined up and bolted the cradle back place and called it a night. Day 3 looks pretty promising.
